Is the gold price widget really free?
Yes. The widget is free for any website. You choose the metals, colors and size, click Get Code, and we give you a single line of code to paste into your page. The widget shows a small Gold IRA Guide credit at the bottom.
How do I add the widget to my website?
Copy the code snippet and paste it where you want the widget to appear. On WordPress, add a Custom HTML block and paste the code there. Any site builder that lets you add a script tag or an HTML embed will work.
Which prices does the widget show?
It shows the spot price of gold, silver, platinum and palladium in U.S. dollars, the daily change, and a chart you can switch between 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 3 years.
How often do the prices update?
The widget pulls from the same price feed we use on Gold IRA Guide, and it updates automatically every day. Each widget shows the time of the latest update under the chart.
Why does my widget say Invalid Token?
Each widget is tied to the domain you entered when you requested the code. If you move the widget to a different domain, or your site loads on a different address than the one you registered, request a new code for that domain.
I installed the widget years ago and it stopped working. Do I need new code?
No. Older widget codes that pointed to our previous file location work again as of October 2026, so you do not need to change anything. If your widget still does not load, request a fresh code below.
